Raw hair is hair that has not been chemically processed or altered. It is collected from a single donor and remains in its most natural state. This means:     •    Longer lifespan     •    Natural texture     •    Minimal shedding with proper care     •    Can be styled, colored, and reused multiple times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes:     •    3–5 business days (standard shipping) You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.99, which reflects vendor fulfillment and handling costs required to source and ship raw hair directly from our supplier. This ensures your order is carefully processed and delivered with tracking and reliability.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

Minimal shedding is normal with all raw hair, but excessive shedding or tangling is not expected when properly maintained. To ensure best results:     •    Use sulfate-free products     •    Detangle gently     •    Avoid excessive heat without protection

Currently, Bundle Bae offers shipping within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package in real time

Bundle Bae is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible.
